Macclesfield - Martial Arts Course
Exercise for body, mind and spirit.
Six week course where you’ll learn the fundamentals of
Jian Shou Chuan Kung Fu, a traditional Chinese martial art that combines quick footwork with a variety of striking techniques quite similar to modern boxing.
There are two sessions offered per week and you can sign up to attend one or two.
The first week will be free of charge, followed by a further five weeks that will cover the essential building blocks of this style.
