How much does it cost to join to join ClubAZ?

• ClubAZ Membership is £2.50 per month

• Payment can be taken via salary if you are an AZ employee or via Direct Debit.

• You are not entitled to enjoy Club benefits should you miss a payment.

• Should you wish to cancel your ClubAZ membership it is your responsibility to ensure this has been done correctly.  Cancellation of any membership is only valid with 28 days notice following the minimum period of 3 months, cancellations are to be made through the member portal.

Any member found to be sharing their benefits with persons not eligible will have their membership terminated with immediate effect.

Gym Membership Terms & Conditions

Members only, although 1 guest can be signed in at reception per member and must pay the

appropriate guest fee. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that their guest is aware

of, and complies with this set of rules.

Clean training kit and footwear must be worn.

Only use the gym equipment you are confident in using, if you require any advice please ask a

fitness instructor.

Equipment must be used in a safe and appropriate manner.

You must report any damages or equipment defects / faults to a member of staff.

Any changes to your medical status must be disclosed to a fitness instructor.

Check weight/intensity settings before you start.

Replace all weights and accessories after use.

Please use a 'spotter' as required when using free weights, especially if you are inexperienced

in resistance training.

Please use a small towel for sweat and wipe down equipment after use.

Please bring your own water bottle.

Bags should not be brought into the gym.

No glassware or food in the gym.

During busy periods we reserve the right to operate a time limit on the cardiovascular machines.

Anti-social behaviour such as grunting when lifting weights, or disrupting other gym members,

will not be tolerated.

Failure to comply with any of the above guidelines may result in the suspension or cancellation of your

gym membership.

Members and any associated guests are reminded that ClubAZ cannot be held responsible for any

injury incurred during or after participation in exercise and physical activity when using ClubAZ's

facilities. We thoroughly recommend that all participants consult their doctor to ensure they are fit to

participate in physical activity.

You are free to resign your membership at any time with 28 days notice following the minimum period of 3 months. 

Health Commitment Statement

Your health is your responsibility. The staff at ClubAZ are dedicated to helping you take every

opportunity to enjoy the facilities and services that we offer. With this in mind we have considered

what we can reasonably expect of each other.

Our Commitment To You.....

1. We will respect your personal decisions and allow you to make your own decisions about what

exercise you can carry out. However, we ask you not to exercise beyond what you consider to be your

own abilities.

2. We will make every reasonable effort to make sure that our equipment and facilities are safe for you

to use and enjoy.

3. We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that our staff are qualified to the fitness industry

standards as set out by the Register of Exercise Professionals.

4. If you tell us that you have a disability which puts you at a substantial disadvantage in accessing or

enjoying our equipment and facilities, we will consider what adjustments, if any, are reasonable for us

to make, to accommodate your participation.

Your Commitment To Us.....

1. You should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know or are concerned that you have a

medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely, before you use our equipment and

facilities or participate in one of our services or activities you should obtain advice from a relevant

medical professional and follow that advice.

2. You should make yourself aware of any rules and instructions, including warning notices. Exercise

carries its own risks. You should not carry out any activities which you have been told are not suitable

for you.

3. You should let us know immediately if you feel ill when using our equipment and facilities or

participating in any of our services or activities. Our staff members are not qualified doctors, but there

will be a person available who has had First Aid training.

4. If you have a disability, you must follow any reasonable instructions to allow you to exercise safely.

ClubAZ Childcare Terms and Conditions

ClubAZ Childcare Membership is payable through a members salary or via Direct Debit. 

Cancellation of any membership is only valid with 28 days notice following the minimum period of 3 months, cancellations are to be made through the member portal. It is the ClubAZ Member’s responsibility to ensure we are made aware of any subscription changes required as you will still be charged until the cancellation is received.

Please note that discounts through ClubAZ Childcare are only valid for the duration of a fully paid ClubAZ Childcare subscription. Failure to inform your nursery and continuing to receive an invalid discount may lead to the amount owing to ClubAZ being claimed back, alternatively, the discounted amount will be requested in full by the childcare provider.

ClubAZ Lottery Terms and Conditions

1.The Draw shall be promoted for ClubAZ.

2.The Draw shall conform to section 4 of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976.

3.The promoter of the Draw shall be the Club Secretary.

4.All Members over the age of 18 years will be eligible to participate in the Draw. Honorary, Associate and Family Members may join by completing a Direct Debit Form.

5.An individual member may purchase multiples of 10 shares up to a maximum of 100 shares. The minimum purchase will be 10 shares with 10 shares costing £1 per week or £4.33 per month and will be deducted by Company Payroll or Direct Debit.

6.Allocation of stake money to prizes will be at the discretion of the ClubAZ Management but shall never be less than 51% of contributions in any one year.

7.The number and amount of prizes will be set according to the stake monies available.

8.Winners will be announced on the last working day of the month. All winners will be notified in writing.

9.Prizes shall only be awarded to the person to whom the winning chance was sold.

10.Cancellation of any membership is only valid with 28 days notice following the minimum period of 3 months, cancellations are to be made through the member portal.

11.Each draw shall consist of a random selection of numbers.

12.For Direct Debit cancellations members must notify their own bank direct.

13Non cash prizes are non-transferable, No cash alternatives are available.

15.Prize allocation is subject to subscriptions being paid in full.
